About Karen Regis, PMHNP

Karen Regis is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner practicing at Standard Healthcare Plus, LLC. With eight years of nursing experience in the psychiatric field, ranging from child and adult inpatient care to community mental health crisis stabilization, Karen provides a wide range of services to patients throughout Clinton, Maryland.

Karen received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Maryland University College and immediately started working as a psychiatric nurse in an inpatient hospital. She then went on to further her education by obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatry, graduating with honors from Walden University.

Karen has been in the medical industry for the past fifteen years. She has a passion for caring for others and providing excellent service. Karen is a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA) and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She enjoys making connections with her patients and assisting them throughout their experience.
